We are dedicated to playing a pivotal role in addressing the housing shortage, creating high-quality, affordable settlements in both urban and rural areas

Brenda brings to the team a wealth of experience, and many years of Business Management. Brenda has a keen sense for market trends and comprehension.

Tapiwa Nyandoro -Director
Tapiwa is a social enterprise and entrepreneurship expert with experience spanning 12 countries in Africa, as well as several other emerging markets around the globe. The aim of his work is to support the business in striking a balance between planet (environment), people, and profit.
His key strength is in creating business stability and continuity through the negotiation of strategic partnerships. Through Tapiwa’s support the organization sees advancement in its core mission while also creating a positive impact for the community which it operates in.
Alex Nyandoro - Director
With a wealth of experience in technology and leadership spanning geos in North America and Europe, Alex is committed to leveraging his skills to ensure the organization achieves peak levels of efficiency by use of modern technology.
As the founder and CEO of Michaelt Enablement, a Canada based Consultancy, Alex is profoundly driven by a passion to unlock opportunities for others, illuminating paths to profitability and success that are often hidden from view. He firmly believes in the transformative power of partnership and collaboration, seeing these as essential for creating win-win scenarios that benefit not only entrepreneurs but also the wider communities they impact.
Nick and Phyllis Nyandoro
Nick and Phyllis Nyandoro are the esteemed principals of Warwickshire PVT Ltd, known for their extensive experience, generosity, and dedication to the success of others. With over 30 years in business, investing, and real estate development in Zimbabwe, Nick's distinguished career includes leadership roles such as Chairman of Stanbic Bank, Chairman of Air Zimbabwe, President of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe, Chairman of Astra Industries Limited, Director of Astra Tractive Power Limited, Chairman of Takura Ventures, Chairman of Seedco, Director of Cairns Holdings, Chairman of Cottco, Trustee at St Johns College, Catering Industry Pension Funds, and a former member of National University of Science and Technology Council.
His deep market knowledge and strategic vision are pivotal in steering Warwickshire’s ambitious projects.
